Shipping policy

Tracked worldwide shipping is included free with every PawHug order. Any import tax, duty, or local handling fee imposed by the destination country remains the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays, and carrier disruptions.

Check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and supporting photos where relevant so the carrier investigation and replacement process can begin.
