By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. An order is accepted once checkout confirms it. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but screens may reproduce colours differently. Please review the size guide before ordering. Bundle selections, sizes, and colours shown in the order confirmation are the selections that will be fulfilled.

Orders include free worldwide tracked shipping. Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days after dispatch. Customs checks, local carriers, severe weather, and incorrect address details may cause delays outside our control.

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, copy protected material for commercial use, or use the service unlawfully. PawHug branding, photography, text, and designs remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PawHug is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
